    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Archicentre appreciate the reasonable and good directors, as well as the positive company culture with plenty of events and gatherings, including with alumni. The annual company trip overseas is seen as a valuable benefit. New employees feel supported with on-the-job training from the boss.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as varying workloads depending on the number of projects and clients, which can sometimes lead to high stress levels. Pretty Good Experience
The good thingsDecent workplace, directors are good and reasonable. Workload is dependant on project/clients, could be hell or the exact opposite. Colleagues are alright, no animosity or toxic politics. Plenty of company events, luncheons and gatherings, even with alumnis. Annual company trip overseas.
The challengesWhen it's busy, it gets really busy. Might need to handle several projects at once. Can look at it either way, whether it is good experience in managing workload, or bad because it sometimes causes stress.
