Virtual Assistant Run!
Pros
Supportive Malaysian team-with a positive work atmosphere.
Work-life balance respected-Able to leave work on time consistently.
Cons
Employee benefits are significantly below market standards, and career progression remains severely limited—promotions or salary increments are exceptionally rare, with minimal raises when they occur. Collaboration with Australian colleagues often feels transactional rather than cohesive, creating a lack of cross-team synergy. This dynamic occasionally reduces roles to feeling like "virtual assistants" instead of integrated team members. Furthermore, a persistent recognition gap means contributions rarely receive acknowledgment, fostering widespread underappreciation.
