    Exciting
The good thingsDuring my time as Project Assistant in the Arkitek KDI I was required to liaise with the relevant local government, which gave me practical insight into the planning process and developed my ability to manage professional relationships.
The challengesEvery company has its own challenges. Its common. But for this company i would say that it has very open minded. If there is any problem, it will be solves professionally by our own employer. I am so grateful to be offered working in this such big and good company.

The good thingsGood working environment with professional working space i.e open space. Bonuses paid yearly and with others standard employee benefits. 13 days annual leave, EPF and SOCSO coverage. Minimum milleage claim paid for outside meeting.
The challengesNot much opportunities to young designer to attend international conference and overseas study trip. It is important to expose and share knowledge from all over countries thru site visits and sharing knowledge. Task too much for 1 person. Easily decrease productivity for employee. Staying back in office quite often to complete task.
