What’s it like working at Arkitek KDI?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Arkitek KDI appreciate the good working environment with professional open-plan workspaces, as well as the opportunities for professional development through practical experiences like liaising with local government. The company offers competitive benefits such as yearly bonuses, annual leave, EPF and SOCSO coverage, and mileage claims. Employees also value the direct interaction with the director and the equal opportunities for career growth.

However, some potential challenges include a high workload that can impact productivity and require staying back late to complete tasks. There is also a perception that opportunities for young designers to attend international conferences and overseas study trips could be improved. Additionally, a few employees have noted that the company's management style can be perceived as micromanaging at times, and some feel that the tools and resources provided could be improved.
