Shanghai-based Buy Quickly was founded in 2011 to provide a one-stop e-commerce operations solution in China. In 2016, Buy Quickly was awarded by Alibaba’s Tmall as a “Five Star Service Provider” (then, the highest level) partnering with jewelry brand Pandora.     Words only without real action
    The good thingsFew colleagues are good only I can say.
    The challengesCompany think a lot to cut cost and do not even consider workload for individual and keep asking to understand company situation at the mean time do not do anything at all. Bosses are all lack of experience on handling operations process. Work until late night but no OT and replacement leave. Lack of concern about staff and only focus on sales.
