    The challengesArrow is extremely micro managing their employees despite what they advertise to you when you applied for the job. They are very particular in what time you clock in and out. 15 mins late also will get a warning letter

    Suitable for ambitious and fast paced type of person
    The good thingsThe Environment and pay is very suitable to the type of work you're doing. The employee benefits is also better them most company around. The company is a growing company and is currently expending, high career development chances. I've already recommended people working here and currently 2 of my ex colleague in my old company is working with me.
    The challengesIt's a demanding business especially for an electronic distribution company. There are lot's of demand and query that need to be met. The work here is very fast pace. If you can adapt well, you will excel as the management recognize each individual efforts.

    The good thingsArrow is a fortune 500 company with established clienteles. The company covered a wide range of brands and products, so when it come to customer choice of selection we do have the right products to sell. The working environment in Arrow Penang HQ is also pretty awesome, we have great pairing among colleagues to support each other on our works. Lastly, I do have a great supportive boss.
    The challengesThe CRM system we are using was pretty old and it was not user-friendly, it was so inconvenient for when come to stocking checking, tracking shipments and other administrative works. During my times, we were still using Lotus mail as our primary email communication, it was a disaster, Lotus mail was an old fashion email which is not user-friendly, it slow down our productivity.
