    A micromanaging company
    The good thingsSalary is above average and workload is manageable. Im lucky to be in a great team
    The challengesArrow is extremely micro managing their employees despite what they advertise to you when you applied for the job. They are very particular in what time you clock in and out. 15 mins late also will get a warning letter
