    Great facilities, a very high tech company, good networking, flexi hours
    The good thingsGood support from the management in terms of training and other facilities. Great appraisal system to evaluate performance for each year. Having flexibility working hours which encourage work life balance.
    The challengesOne thing that could be improve is by looking at the current staff structure.
