    Well if you ever heard that don't get too good at your job cos what you're getting ain't a raise, but a triple workload - this company proves exactly it ! Being intelligent, hardworking and kind per se is a mistake here, let alone the pay of the people coming afterwards was higher with very few workload ? For the love of God, only get into here if you are truly desperate for a job. This is an honest plea of a predecessor.
    The good thingsGreat colleagues to work with. Mostly are helpful and kind - depending on the department you are entering. Can't help that there are certain people who only wants to linger around their "level". Mediocre benefits, nothing that stands out. Even the agents got more benefits than the staffs - as the organization's pretty much towards a business oriented perspective, since they brought sales but did little to none work (facts). That's why the agents commenting on this platform said no challenges, everything's great, etc - I mean ?
    The challengesStarting salary quite low during my time, but you got pretty lots because you for sure will be working overtime on the weekends ! Misconduct by staffs - poooff some benefit gone. Misconduct by a person of managerial position ? pooff also but under a carpet full of dust. So much trustful of a person working for a trustee company, yet labeled as an islamic one more of so. The irony of such. Once entered, you are expected to become loyal with the organization until the end of time. Personally, I don't have a problem with that. But if issues do arise, they won't listen to regular staffs, judging instinctively from only one side.
