    The challengesThe company is profiting a lot from data entry agents but their pay is very minimal. IF you are a new Data Entry Agents, expect that you can't take leaves during Raya/Deepavali; as ASW follow AU holidays, and during PH like Raya; they will prioritize the TL or old staff first. On top of that, no minimal salary increments (normally 3%) and no bonus

    The good things- Flexible working hour - nice colleague
    The challenges- too many workload, salary too low to compare work to do - management above just value us based on number document complete, not on as hard as we doing it - AHT time become low even too many work to do, need to achieve KPI everyday, they don't pay you more even you must work 10hour per day JUST to achieve the KPI - Leave priority to 'pinoy' people first (their TL control on this part) - no bonus no benefit, TL got higher salary just doing nothing, always on leave.

    Only for workaholics
    The good thingsThe working environment is nice and comfortable. Good for building experience for fresh grad but not for long term working.
    The challengesLow increment (really law), no bonus, have to adhere 100% to KPI including your attendance. Chances for promotion is really difficult. Management forcing you to do 'volunteer' OT on weekend. Upper management will not help you or back you up for any matter arise. The only things that make you stay is your collogue bur they will be gone one after another.

    The challengesNo bonuses, no increments, just a certificate for best achievers, need to achieve monthly targets which is very stressful,leave applicable one day one person from the team, no use of MC, and don't expect multinational teams because 90% are malays,

    The challengesThere wasn't any bonuses paid for the staffs. Leaves are followed based on Aussie. Even festival leaves, we have to apply as annual leave. Increment also low.

    Nice working environment
    The good thingsI enjoyed working there because their team leader is approachable. Two way communication so we can learn and gain more knowledge. Office-mates are friendly. It is easier to adapt with the environment there. They offer a lot of benefits.
    The challengesit has key performance indicator which it makes you work a bit under pressure. and the target is too high. management should consider if someone's kpi just slightly off from the target.

    The challengesEvery month employee need to achieve kpi based on productivity and quality that has been assessed.However the leader not giving a good coaching to the team members and those who not achieve the kpi for 3 months straight will be terminated.
