    The challengesNo Challenge. Nobodoby focus on your growth. Untill you get other company offer letter. Management our for more info if you guys enter you can feel. This comoany can called as 2nd prison.

    Bad experience, terrible management
    The good thingsHave nothing to comment
    The challengesSenior management very rude, poor and dirty environment especially dining area, no work life balance, sound pollution, tight security but a lot of positive cases, very crowded at shoe changing area when night shift employees come to work but security never patrol, too much manager parking while staffs parking area are restricted by putting cone, machines and cardboards

    The challengesNo work life balance. like 7eleven 24hrs working. Not enough man power and opr work as technician. Engineer work as technician.

    Stressful environment and demanding boss (Perfectionist)
    The good thingsGreat learning opportunities for the fresh graduate but not in long term.
    The challengesBosses demand perfection for every stage, disrupting your work/ life balance. Even on weekend need to entertain those bosses, manufacturing life. 1. No mentorship concept. 2. High expectation from top management, doesn't matter if you're experienced or fresh 3. Pressure cooker/ harsh working environment 4. Working a month expected to solve all the problems. 5. Office politics, promotion based on relationship, not performance. 6. Long working hours, sometimes stay back until the next morning 10 am merely to support production. 7. Disrespectful bosses Worst company ever.
