    Bad politics and no room for growth.

    The challengesEverything here is political. Even HR departments is full of politics and bias. Can’t expect them to help the other departments.

    Workplace mobbing and toxic people
    The good thingsOne job that pay used to pay all your bills
    The challengesBelow incidents caught me off guard 1. No mentoring n coaching Expect new hire no matter fresh grad or experienced to start working without mentoring. Managers/old folks acting sarcastic. 2. Old folks/ managers everyday gossip, blaming,complaining and backstabbing peoples when things goes wrong. 3. Spreading untruthful rumous about novices 4.Exclusion and isolation 5. Intimidation and humiliation 6. HR do nothing. HOD do nothing. They said TW culture is like that. If u can't stand for it, please leave. 7. Management is releasing temper ( yelling/ shouting) to their own staff publicly when get pressure from top /TW 8. Managenet playing favorite and bias 9.Management will kick you out if you don't follow their instruction

    Toxic Environment and Poor Management
    The good thingsJust a job if you want to pay for your commitments. Very fast hiring process.
    The challenges1. Hectic job, management keep pushing high performer until collapse. 2. Toxic and political environment. Only those who play politic well have chance to stay in company or get promotion. Gossips around. 3. Physiological manipulation by management, keep saying treat company as home. Using intimidation if you did not do what they expected. 4. Insults, yelling but ignored by HR company even you report. 5. Profits allocated for company growing instead of treat employees as value asset. High turnover.

    The challengesWorkplace mobbing is a persistent pattern of mistreatment that can be verbal, nonverbal, psychological, or physical, and creates a risk to health and safe. 1.Verbal abuse: Yelling, insults, and public humiliation. 2.Undermining work: Constant, unfair criticism, taking credit for others' work, or assigning impossible deadlines. 3.Social exclusion: Intentionally isolating an employee from others, their opportunities, information, or social interactions. 4.Psychological manipulation: Spreading malicious rumors or gossip, and using intimidation or threats. 5.Sabotage: Deliberately setting up an employee for failure.

    Productivity Impacted by Cafeteria Naps
    The good thingsAh, flexible working hours that allow an early start at 6 a.m. and the option to clock out at 4:15 p.m. after meeting the required 10 hours and 15 minutes can certainly be appealing to early risers or those who want a head start on their day! 😀
    The challengesWhat frustrates is that some employees clock in as early as 6 a.m. without actually starting work. They spend half an hour for the meeting and then head to the cafeteria for an extended breakfast, sometimes lasting until 10 a.m. As result, they only put in half a day's effort. 😆

    Quite Hectic and Toxic Working Culture
    The good thingsI will probably say the good things is bonus
    The challengesFirst of all, the upper management is inconsiderate and quite rude towards young engineers. Have to fight yourself out of problems. Indirectly this culture makes you toxic altogether. Never trust anyone as everyone have their own agenda.

    Too much problem but failed to solve
    The good thingsClean canteen and mosque. Disciplin in control.
    The challengesCut off OT operator but push output. Too much push for output from high level management without planning headcount and solved the problem. Supervisor give reason why failed to achieve target, but management never solved the problem. Today reason can’t be tomorrow reason.
