    environment not good
The good thingshave local food restaurant and have good team leader
The challengestoxic environment, and the office does not provide a room for the staff to rest and only for a nursing room for mothers who have just given birth, they are too pushy and blame and find fault with the new staff, it feels like when you want to ask a question, the answer is given while embarrassing the staff, perli staff, the environment is not good,

Stepping stone to become a great leader
The good thingsPretending to be clever yourself is working with people who are pretending even more effectively than you are
The challengesStaff's are too pampered. Like employees like leaders. All you need is some 'shoe shining' and you can get where you want to be. Need things to be done? CC the whole company's leaders. Impressive workstyle. If that is your style of work, then this is the place to be.

    Stressful and lots of multitasking
The good thingsFriendly co-workers. Learn a lot and a good platform for fresh graduates to start their careers.
The challengesIncrement only during the 1st year, multitask a lot, originally from claims team but still has to do works from finance department, whole levels has to share between ONLY 2 restrooms. Not happy with the management at all, some can be based on 'favoritism'.

A good starting ground to build up your network!
The good thingsGreat team player atmosphere and good bosses who listens to your problems and issues. Good prospect for career growth and enhancing your networking capabilities. The learning curve for multitasking is also very high and it will make things easier when you're able to cope up with all the given task.
The challengesThe never-ending meetings (on management level). Due to the fact the central HQ is based in Paris, most time we have to attend call-conference late at night after office hours.

    Super Stressful!
The good thingsColleagues are really friendly and they are willing to assist. No shift and OT, working on weekdays only, easy to apply for leave, free fruits on every Monday.
The challengesJob scope has only got less than 10% related to what I study, more like customer service (through phone calls), ridiculous KPI expectations. You need to work non-stop if you want to leave work punctually. Be prepare to get scold by customers, it's common everyday.

Once a great place, better anywhere else now
The good thingsNot strict with working apparels. Bosses are easy to approach, can even just walk up and chat with the CEO. Great teamwork and friendly colleagues within the same team. Performance measure is objective and transparent.
The challengesHorrible office layout. About 100 staffs cramped within each floor of the company fighting for 4 toilets. HR comprise of more than 10 person, but couldn't do the job of 1. Inter-department politics are crazy! You'll hear about budget cuts, or no budget everyday thus don't expect being well paid. You'll spend most of your time doing internal documentation to justify your workload than doing your job.

    Quite free
The good thingsPlenty of different departments. Nice to interact with some of the helpful ones from other department. The seniors always has meetings, so the we are quite free sometimes. There is free course online given, for us to better ourselves.
The challengesThe IT staffs doesn't pickup phone and try hard to do less. Don't expect much IT support working here. Too many procedures changes all the time. Confusing and hard to keep up. We have a huge HR department but usually hard to get any help/response from them.

Great place to work for fresh graduate.
The good thingsGreat engagement with colleagues from different departments. Helpful colleagues and friendly working environment. It is a good place for a fresh graduate to start to work as you will get yourself familiarized with the working life.
The challengesBoring work assigned by the manager. The seniors will not let you have much expose to the work, so you will have a lot of free time while the others are busy working.

    My experiences
The good thingsOften has new challenges or new problem coming up, keep mind active trying to search for solution. Long service award although only give watches. Most colleagues are nice to work with.
The challengesStressful environment. Require more transparency on what's going on. Management should treat their staffs more fairy and better. And be more reasonable. Evidence by the high turnover and staffs that MIA. Workloads keeps increasing but not enough staffs to actually do the work.

    Working experience like no other
The good thingsThe team were working and communicating really well together and they support each other in everything. The management did great to keep their employees' welfare by providing the social space for the employees and also by celebrating their employees birthday. And they also give flexible time for the Muslim men to go for Friday prayers which is a thumb up!
The challengesThe workload is a little too much to handle for the team. The management could try to increase the members of team to loosen up the workload of each member. The management also could do better to raise up the team members morale by subsequently organize some activities outside.
