    We are one of the leading companies in the Asian region that provide Radiation Protection and HSE consulting services. Asia Lab has been in business for close to 30 years. We are the market leader in Malaysia. We serve more than 1,000 companies which include some of the leading companies such as SHELL, PETRONAS, Exxonmobil, Samsung, Murphy Oil, Nippon Oil, Talisman Energy and many others. Asia Lab is the only private company that operate radiological lab in ASEAN. Asia Lab also operates in Indonesia (PT Asialab Indonesia). We are holding a regional conference and workshop on Radiation Safety in August 2014 which will be held in Bali, Indonesia.

    The challengestoo profit driven, lack of incentives and work benefits. there were also cases of no increment, promotion and bonus despite the annual revenue and profits. Also expect your superior to 'delegate' their tasks to you then calling it as part of your job descriptions based on 'any other tasks assigned by the management' not your additional achievements during the annual performance appraisal.

    Good for experience. not for long-term commitment
    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Some departments has less micromanagement but some are being too micromanaged. salary is always on time although epf contributions are sometimes delayed.
    The challengesToo many bosses and none are leader. Employee’s voices and opinions are often unheard. top management are too profit driven and too result oriented - staffs are often required to multitasking extremely with unrelated jobscopes. too many tasks need to be done, but do not expect much in return.
