    the surrounding of the environments is toxic and not healthy
    The good thingsgot 1 day work from home, salary range high, other benefits like dental, insurance quite good
    The challenges-got few of the HOD is really toxic, not professionals, very bad work attitudes. even few bad comment on them but management dont dare to take any action. -not a transparent management even they said they implement an open door policy -They are not as they claim to be
