Wonderful experience as a Civil Engineer TraineeThe good thingsI have great and friendly colleagues, especially my boss. They trusted me as an individual and involve me in the discussion of long term project although I am here for only 2 months. I am assigned to handle a P&C project by the boss of company. My mentor brings me along for client meetings and construction site visit. I am amazed by the his patience and dedication in coaching the young engineers.
The challengesMy boss expect me to submit the project in the shortest period of time. I started on Friday and I have to come back to office on Saturday to finish up the leftover and deliver to my boss. It's such a wonderful and challenging experience for me because I have never tried the new software before. My mentor was there helping me familiarize with the new software given.
