No matter how high the salary they offer, remember your mental health is the real cost. The workplace is toxic and driven by favoritism. The principal does not care about the staff and only responds well if you constantly treat her like royalty. Hard work and dedication mean nothing if you’re not in her circle. If you’re honest and professional, you’ll be ignored. This place will drain you mentally and emotionally. Think twice before stepping in.
    The good thingsNothing can describe.

My advice – think a million times before getting into this job or becoming part of the workforce. You won’t be appreciated no matter how hard you work. From my 7 years of experience working here, I’ve never once received a bonus. My salary has only been raised twice in recent years, but the percentage is disappointing – below 4% annually. There’s clear unfairness between departments. And lastly, be careful, because even the smallest mistake will land you in serious trouble. There’s no such thing as work-life balance here.
The good thingsThere’s not much that’s plenty of, except for good food.
The challengesToo many people are two-faced and always backstabbin’. Just be careful, yeah.

Really bad management. People there are only driven by intake but not on staff support
    The good thingsThe amazing colleagues
The challengesReally terrible. Can tell you that there’s plenty of staff turnover and yet they still don’t see there’s a problem internally. Unfortunately, poor benefits as well. No words for this place. Poor understanding of staff support

    Think thrice before you apply!
The good thingsIf you can accept no annual bonus, no annual increment, overwhelming workload and shortage of manpower, and many non-related teaching and clerical work, then this will be the right place for you!
The challengesThe company do not practice any salary scale, teachers are not being offered a salary based on experiences and qualification. Staff are treated unfairly in terms of salary.

Loveable and friendly working place with great teachers!
The good thingsFellow colleagues are very helpful and kind, working along with them is the best working experience could ever had!
The challengesIt is a good learning field for new fresh teachers, as long as you don't mind the overwhelming workloads, poor staff benefits and perks, it is definitely a comfortable place to gain experiences.

The good thingsA good environments for those who like school. A lot of parents are big names. Glamorous environment because politicians, actors, singers and celebrities send their child to this school. You can improve your English since everybody is communicating in English, even toddlers!
The challengesFinance, Account and Administration is in one office and services being shared by two different schools (APSS & APIS). The work load can be a burden when only 3 persons handling all above and need to liaise with HQ for any decision made. SOPs was there but barely can follow
