    learning and leadership
The good thingslearning about financial and insurance scope, and the programs thougt us in leadership skill and survivng skills in financial industry. Besides that, we get permanent placement in bank or insurance company.
The challengesfstep should have discussion with the participating company to ensure the program achieve the objectives not just company participation only. Since we are not given management jobs once we in the company, thus it makes us feel the one year its a waste of time as we have to start over once we join the company

A Great Stepping Stone Into the Financial / Insurance Industry
The good thingsIt is a great place to socialize and meet with industry leaders here as they are often invited here for talks from the likes of AKPK, Maybank, Great Eastern, Danajamin and etc. Another perk is that they will send you to the Outward Bound School in Lumut, Perak where you will learn about being part of a team, leadership, survival skills all while enjoying the great outdoors i.e. kayaking, camping.
The challengesNothing major that I could think of. Maybe the allowance of RM2,200 can be increased to cater to the increased cost of living in Kuala Lumpur and CSR activities to be held on a more frequent basis instead of once only during the entire program duration.
