    Great packaging
    The good thingsThe colleagues - everyone is friendly and helpful. Fast-paced company growing at pressure-cooker speed. The decoration is grandious and a lot of budget is spent to maintain the luxury packaging.
    The challengesNo proper SOP. Turnover is high with an average of 2 to 3 staffs resigning every month. Management should stop treating staffs like they are easily disposable/replaceable.
