The tasks and activities assigned were engaging and well-structured, giving me valuable exposure to real-world work while allowing me to develop both my professional skills and personal confidence. I also appreciated the collaborative culture, as it made it easy to ask questions, learn from others, and feel included as part of the team.
The challengesOne area that could be improved is the pacing and clarity of certain tasks or sessions, as some instructions felt a little rushed and could benefit from more detailed explanations or examples. Having clearer guidelines, timelines, or additional reference materials would help interns better understand expectations and perform tasks more effectively.
