    Great Experience Especially for Fresh Grad
    The good thingsAs from RPA team, have good work life balance. Salary is ok. The benefit also ok. Bonus based on KPI. Have a good team to learn and they are ok to teach. Been in company for 5 years.
    The challengesHigh turnover of the staff. During 5 years, have been under different leads (3). A bit micro management and during your leave or public holiday, sometimes client will contact you.

    Old school and stubborn management.
    The good thingsRelax work place and most of the colleagues are friendly.
    The challengesManagement's thinking is too old school, ask girl must wear skirt longer till knee, do spot check whether you did bring company laptop go back home even they don't implement hybrid work. Frequent to ask for survey regarding how we working here, but never listen on what we wrote in survey.
