    Great but it's a long hard road to travel along.
    The good thingsYou'll learn the harsh reality working under a bossy HOD which rarely come of from her office to supervise workflow of her own department. The doctors there are super cool, will teach you everything related to your field. (have to get yelled at first)
    The challengesHad to obey my superior orders, and do what they wanted you to do. Hard for me to develop my career out of this job due to poor management team in the department.

    It is okay for person who wanna get job experience but for self development, you have to find other ways.
    The good thingsThe good thing is, they will give you quite promising benefit but with terms and months of probation or took a whole year. You get to learn alot of things and how to multitask. To work under pressure with quite stressing environment and average management. The salary is average and Assunta had a good history - and still a history. 😊

    The good thingsHave a new knowlegde . I get new experience . I also can know how to handle the patient and help them when they really need help . And i get the new environment in the hospital . Assisting doctor . Keep patient to handle that people who dont have time to wait for the turn get the treatment from the doctor .

    Terrible management
    The good thingsThe colleague is nice, we do things in teamwork.
    The challengesManagement is terrible, all fault push to staff nurse. No respect staff as an individual. Authority is override everything. Salary is too little compared to the job we do, not willings to pay staff overtime.
