    Too much micromanage by senior staffs.
    The good thingsStaffs are nice and able to cooperate.
    The challenges- Limited benefits for contract. HR are mostly using old style. - Limited carpark.

    Management of the company
    The good thingsAll staffs very friendly and work as a team. Always help each other went we have a difficult situation. Company medical benefits for the staffs is fully covered so we dont have to worry incase any emergency happen to us. Feel secure because the safety guards working 24 hours same as us. Nice cafeteria with delicious foods.
    The challengesWhen comes to emergency cases as accidents and death happen in front of my own eyes, its make me in trauma for a few days but after im working for 3 years at this hospital i think im used to it. Certain situation you can't follow the rules and you have to make your own decision that you wont regret in future.
