Good place to start as fresh grad, but probably not good place to stay long term.
The good thingsAble to learn a lot as no proper guidance will be provided, you must learn to pick-up skills and knowledges along the way by yourself.
The challengesSalary is slightly at the low end, some managers not really helpful and stucked in the same mentality for years, not seeking and looking into improvements.

    Exposure to Manufacturing company
The good thingsA family-oriented company and also a workplace to start from scratch after completing studies from university. It was quite an eye-opening experience to learn about HR skills from scratch in which you would be able to learn about employees, training, payroll and others.
The challengesMultitasking and hectic working environment. There are many areas of HR job scope to cover. You would basically not able to focus on one area of work only. This tends to create more workloads and also a low salary is paid to the employees. Similarly, the turnover rate in this company is high.
