    Not as sweet as the name sounds like
    The good thingsCool office, hotdesk, lockers, free fruits & coffee, kind colleagues, hybrid & flexi
    The challenges1. If you’re young & an intern, they will eat you dry. They could not careless about interns (some departments) 2. Sometimes need to do funny jobs like converting pdf to word doc when they could’ve done themselves 3. Super small room for growth unless you’re curious & find the opportunity yourself 4. Office politics if you’re not one of them, you’re not going to flourish

    The good things- good environment, colleague, employee benefit - for long working hour, it will be 2-3 per months, i think that is acceptable
    The challengescouldn't see career development from this company, the headcount for position is somehow fixed, so difficult to get promotion if senior level didn't transfer/resign

    The good thingsColleagues are very friendly and the leadership team work very well together. It has a great culture and people tend to help each other out. Lovely culture to have.

    The good thingsChallenging environment where you can learn to grow stronger and endure long working hours. Train staff to multitask. Top performers are given good recognition.
    The challengesMany unwise management planning and decisions. Employees feel disengaged and powerless. Top management would not acknowledge problems foreseen and raised early. Only will action after situation blows up and becomes too late. Wide blame culture.

Opportunities to get involve in other projects vs your normal routine job. 10. Overseas working experience 11. English speaking environment-polish your English language skills 12. Great place to learn especially on SAP, and other reporting tools, where I learn on system mapping, enhance Excel skill and problem solving.
    The challengesI am in reporting, and yes always deal with tight deadline. Despite the pressure, I always enjoy doing my job. We were always on discussion, sharing skills and knowledge as well as full support. Frequent change in operations to meet global expectation
