    Not as sweet as the name sounds like
    The good thingsCool office, hotdesk, lockers, free fruits & coffee, kind colleagues, hybrid & flexi
    The challenges1. If you’re young & an intern, they will eat you dry. They could not careless about interns (some departments) 2. Sometimes need to do funny jobs like converting pdf to word doc when they could’ve done themselves 3. Super small room for growth unless you’re curious & find the opportunity yourself 4. Office politics if you’re not one of them, you’re not going to flourish

    Good learning environment
    The good thingsGood office environment, lots of support when you needed help, good management from the top, work-life balance, lots of benefits
    The challengesTask needed sometime to familiarise, different procedures from MO to BO, no restaurant around when OT over 10pm.

    Great Environment
    The good things1. Environment 2. Staff activities - a lot! 3. Structured 4. Teamwork & great support 5. MNC, big Finance team 6. Location 7. Flexibility 8. Great colleagues 9. Opportunities to get involve in other projects vs your normal routine job. 10. Overseas working experience 11. English speaking environment-polish your English language skills 12. Great place to learn especially on SAP, and other reporting tools, where I learn on system mapping, enhance Excel skill and problem solving.
    The challengesI am in reporting, and yes always deal with tight deadline. Despite the pressure, I always enjoy doing my job. We were always on discussion, sharing skills and knowledge as well as full support. Frequent change in operations to meet global expectation
