    AT Engineering Solution Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT Systematization Berhad, a public limited company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.The Company's business activity is mainly the manufacturing of industrial automation systems and machinery, fabrication of industrial and engineering parts as well as the provision of industrial services.Since 2015, the Company has also tapped into renewable energy sources through successful bid for the renewable energy quota allocations from SEDA Malaysia and accorded licences to construct Solar PV Plant under the FiT Programme atthe Company’s manufacturing plants in Penang.

    Good starting point
    The good thingsThis company was one of the few local companies in Penang providing industrial automation solutions to big MNCs and other companies looking to automate their process. Being a smaller size company allows one to learn almost everything from procurement to delivery. Additionally, the workforce which was limited to ensure cost is competitive, created an environment of closeness within it's employees.
    The challengesThere's pros and cons to everything and while limited workforce could be good for the cost, it definitely puts additional stress to meet datelines and multitasking is a must. Being one of the pioneers in this industry locally also created challenges as we need to try and apply new technologies and ideas without much reference or experience, hence, some projects are bound to fail, which we did.
