    The good things- Wide range of learning experience. - Certain of helpful and friendly colleagues from other departments.
    The challenges- Long working hours, lunch time only 45 minutes (insufficient for employees). - Workplace politics within department. - Multitasking but and the superior do not even allow you have 1 minute of relaxing time.

    The challengesYour manager will not agree with or listen to your views as we need to follow them. Many new things must be done without providing any training or guidance. Failing to do so, it is considered that you are not a good performer.

    The challengesFrom my perspectives, this company exist micromanagement and certainly will destroys team motivation/productivity and also poor leadership can seriously affect employee morale.
