    I have gained extensive knowledge and experience within this role and unfortunately managers do that make employees quit
    The good thingsYou will gain a good communication skills and problem solving skills within this role.
    The challengesFrom my perspectives, this company exist micromanagement and certainly will destroys team motivation/productivity and also poor leadership can seriously affect employee morale.
