    Demand a higher pay and ask the employer about the teaching load and class size before signing.
    The good thingsMany Chinese speaking students and well-diversified international students with different countries.
    The challengesThis school recruits many students with special needs, such as ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia etc. The pay rate the employer offered is not for teachers with such specialty in teaching those special needs students. The class size is very big, can have students number more than 30 in the class. The management is not willing to give sufficient resources for Mandarin lessons preparation, so teachers have to seek out from their own or pay for the materials needed.

    The good thingsBeing exposed to wide variation of work. Good place to learn everything in short time. Not pressure in quality of the work produced.
    The challengesAssignment of work are not based on experience, ability, qualification and salary range of the employee. Academic planning are decided and planned by a management team with no education qualification and no knowledge in educational management.
