    The good thingsThe colleague is so nice, calm and they very supportive
    The challengesthere are ups and downs working here, especially when you work with kids. Sometimes you feel less appreciated because you will feel the supervisors less appreciating you. The pay is too low, and your benefits are not much compared to the workload you need to handle in this position.

    The challengesHandling these kids when she/he is a consult is real. However, I have learned so much throughout the journey.
