    No learning opportunities.
    The good thingsCan go back on time. Working level within department very helpful.
    The challengesSuperior (SM) lack knowledge. Not involved (reviewing part) in the reporting process at all. Too many meetings need to be attended which can be an email or brief discussion. Reluctant of info sharing between departments causing too many redundant tasks performed.

    The challengesMood swinging on management level. Do not have fixed direction and micromanagement style make the working environment pressure. I felt the management and HR were raicist.

    No Management Support and Proper System in Place
    The good thingsThe office environment and the building seems to be great. Some basic facilities provided to the staff such as gym (upon conformation), 3 lunch and 3 breakfast at e-city hotel. and free parking seem to be the good things which this organisation has done for the employee.
    The challengesNo proper system in place and also some of the head of department are not from the related field has been engaged. Unable to take decision since lack of experiences.
