    Great Working Environment
    The good thingsSo far the most relaxing work environment I have experienced before. The boss acknowledges good staffs and rewards accordingly. Great work-life balance, flexible working hours and room for career growth. Five-day job, we get two tea breaks daily before and after lunch, team building activities, annual trips etc. The boss is open-minded and allows staff to explore and propose new ideas. Overall a good work culture with great colleagues.
    The challengesNo overtime because all staffs leave the office between 5pm - 6pm.

    The challengesWorkers Safety related issues. Workers very reluctant to comply related safety matters. Reqular inspection required and monitor all activities.

    The good thingsLocal company but with vast experience. New learning process and experience can be gained. Wide knowledge can be gained across different sector as it is an expanding company who serve various sector. The MD/Owner are very open to groomed new potential managers and willing to share what they know in terms of technical knowledge and sector information.Friendly and closeness can be felt.
    The challengesCould be better with less red tape process to enhance the fluidity flow of documentation. Location is secluded but with the recent LRT development definitely a much improved place.
