    Great Working Environment
    The good thingsSo far the most relaxing work environment I have experienced before. The boss acknowledges good staffs and rewards accordingly. Great work-life balance, flexible working hours and room for career growth. Five-day job, we get two tea breaks daily before and after lunch, team building activities, annual trips etc. The boss is open-minded and allows staff to explore and propose new ideas. Overall a good work culture with great colleagues.
    The challengesNo overtime because all staffs leave the office between 5pm - 6pm.

    Is not easy to working there.
    The good thingsThe new sales generate and pass to other. Good Incentive but not easy to get.
    The challengesManagement super HIGH expectation. The new sales generate and pass to other. Good Incentive but not easy to get. ISO, ISO and ISO. Rules and Regulations to follow. Promote be manager, may be downgrade back to executive.
