    Very good stepping stone, but not where you want to retire in.
    The good thingsWork and life balance are superb! No boundaries between executives and higher management levels. Bonuses, team outing, friendly colleagues and very clean office!
    The challengesFuture development is not clear. High achievers are not compensate very well. No more company trips due to the merger. Salary increment is not that high and promotion is not less likely to be within 5-10 years of service.
