    Fun and energetic not so boring and allow to work on multiple domain.
    The good thingsYou can provide your idea, not all your idea will be materialize but at least the management heard you and maybe they will use your idea to improve the business flow or process.
    The challengesA lot of approval levels needed in order to perform something. To improve further maybe in future lesser red tape will be easier for project to rollout seamlessly.'
