    Amazing Teamwork and Culture
    The good thingsThe whole team was very welcoming and working together by constantly keeping in touch with each other. For a newcomer like me it was a great experience. I also liked very much the frequent meetings and get togethers by the top management who encouraged diversity.
    The challengesSometimes we did not have sufficient staff but as we were going through a lean period in the oil & gas industry this was acceptable

    The good thingsDeal with other nationality and make our ship crew as one part of the family and give them a full support especially for the smooth opertations on board.
    The challengesa lot of challenges i encountered (i.e documents are near to expired, when the time that tottally i cannt find a suitable candidates to replace a ship crew that who will near to disembarked.)
