    Really not a systematic procedures and really messy system
    The good thingsFlexible time and the HR is good
    The challengesAlways will not give time for stuff to complete their assignments and will push you with buddle of works..Eventhough someone in external audit..not have a thought of burdening them ask them to come and finish other..not giving time to learn and focus on one matter..so fishy management

    A good overall experience especially if you want to learn auditing for a wider range of companies.
    The good thingsThere is a work-life balance although, during peak period, it could get pretty busy which is a norm in the audit line anyway. I did not get to experience this but based on my colleague's experiences, you do get ranked higher faster based on your progress. Weekly meetings that allowed the staff to interact with the Audit partners and to obtain insightful knowledge about auditing.
    The challengesI guess challenges would be like that of any company. Work can get a little too stressful at times, just as there hard days there are easier days too.

    It was a good working experience and my colleagues were really friendly and nice.
    The good thingsA good learning experience and more responsibility is given from time to time allowing more experience to be gained. Everyone is helpful and friendly. A very family feel. Whenever possible, the senior and other colleagues are very helpful and are willing to teach.
    The challengesIt can get really busy and sometimes there's shortage of manpower. So for a trainee, its difficult to get seniors to mentor you in certain areas although they are more than willing and helpful. But the workload gives them no choice.
