    Used to be good, but not anymore..
    The good things1. Good employee benefits. 2. Flexible working hours (depend on team).
    The challenges1. Career growth could be stagnant at some point. If you're good friends with your line managers, yes, you could be promoted without reasonable skills (office politics). 2. Inexperience line managers which really hurts employee motivation and organization. Some team need better leadership with sound technical, domain knowledge and management skills. 3. Tighten hiring process and choose the right people with reasonable skills. 4. Yearly employee assessments are very subjective. Doesn't really help the organization or, product marketing/improvements. Too bad talented people has/continues to leave the organization till this date.
