The good thingsCan learn a lot in terms of credit processes.
The challengesPeople management. Old style of working, outdated mindset, and no teamwork. You have to be very careful in what you say. I think the values and culture in this department are questionable. You cannot escape being criticized whatever you decide to do. Need better management and more healthy minded people to step in to improve this department. Hopefully time can fix this in the future.

    It is an amazing experience.
The good thingsThe staff at the company is very helpful. As an intern, my supervisor and other colleague supervise me well. They also give me good guidance on how to do my work. The working environment also is very nice and peaceful.
The challengesIt is not easy to find food over here and if we drive, the parking at this place is quite expensive.
