Good Place to work, Not as pressure as other BankThe good thingsWork and Life balance (Subject to how you manage your time and work deliverable). Location is near to LRT or MRT, KLCC, Pavillion. Excellent place to be after long weekdays, and to hangout with friends after work. Bosses are great. Colleagues generally very friendly. For muslim, it a good place to be. For non muslim, it an interesting place to be. Would not recommend fresh grad to join, as you may get complacent, too comfort, and easily lose your motivation and drive to grow. The environment, is suitable for someone who looking for stability and retirement.
The challengesOffice politics among the top management. It the same in any Big Corporate. Can't run away. it part of the working world. As the main office located at KL, traffic is a pain if you driving. LRT is packed during peak hour, you can be squeeze like sardine. Limited growth opportunity, work appreciation is based on your direct supervisor relationship. Not your work result. So networking and human interaction skill play a major role to survive and grow. Else you be doing the same thing for the past 20 years. No matter how good you are.
