My current JD is to monitor Sabah and Sarawak Feebased Products performance which includes Motor Takaful, Personal Accident and other product related to wealth and fee based.The good thingsI've been working here for about 16 years and has been working at various department such as Recovery and Follow up department, Business Banking, Business Recovery Department, branch operation (teller), branch admin clerk, Credit Admin (Disbursement), Branch Sales Support, Central Financing Processing Centre and currently work as State Consumer Clerk, each department that i've been working for has given me such a great experience and motivation to move foward and try to get new opportunity to enhance my career if i got the chance to do so.
The challengesThe challenge is how to make sure people know what has been change in our service. Some people still doesn't know that improve in technology has change our service. For example every Bank now has change their strategy by approaching their customer to use their mobile banking, internet banking just to make sure their customer feel comfortable rather than they came to the bank with worst waiting time and long que at the bank.So my point is, its hard to tell everybody that the bank has offer the good and efficient new environment of service just to make sure people feel comfortable rather than traditionally come to the bank and make the transaction that they can do it by themselves with good security level on internet banking and mobile banking as well.
