    The good thingsI enjoyed the structured work environment, learning strict financial procedures, and developing accuracy and attention to detail. Interacting with customers daily improved my communication skills, and I gained valuable experience in handling financial transactions responsibly.
    The challengesThe role was highly repetitive with limited room for creativity, and the pressure to maintain strict accuracy under time constraints could be stressful. Additionally, the rigid structure left little flexibility, which made it challenging to explore broader skill development.
