    The good thingsI enjoyed gaining hands-on exposure to banking operations and Islamic finance principles, preparing reports, coordinating with risk and compliance teams, and learning how departments function efficiently.
    The challengesAdapting to complex documentation processes and understanding detailed financing procedures was challenging at first, but it helped me develop stronger analytical and organizational skills.

    A place of wonders on how such management style can still manage to make the organization survive in such competitive industry in which other banks provide much cheaper profit rate and better approval rate.
    The good thingsMostly good coworkers and new experience for personal financing and car financing.
    The challengesTo find new customer base in order to sell the bank's products. Credit Card, Mortgage Financing, Personal Financing, Car Financing etc/ Tight approval rate for financing. Only 3 case approve over 10 case sent for approval. Toxic work environment. Management decision making skill does not help to solve many issues or increase the sales instead making the staff there especially sales staff burden by tight approval regulations, sudden change of policy and making own rules of punishment such as sudden order for staff to go to HQ with own budget to meet with management regarding performance issue, sudden change of job roles for staff and not focusing on high profit return products such as house financing and focusing on fast return but high risk due to non collateral products such as personal financing.
