    An okay learning experience.
The good thingsThe working environment is excellent, with friendly and supportive colleagues and Head of Department, depending on which department you are in.
The challengesThe challenges include very low pay and the responsibility of managing 5-6 portfolios. Additionally, tasks are assigned based on perceived capability without considering the workload, and there are no career advancement opportunities and benefits.

learn a lot with a good teammate. but POOR MANAGEMENT
The good things- training provided with experience superior. - good environment and family oriented company - good leave benefit
The challenges- medical and travelling claim is low compared to other company. they are using same rate even goods price strike up - management communication is poor especially in handling problem. - office politics is everywhere - doing same thing and no career progress. No promotion - Overload of work. 1 person handle 2 3 job scope. if they know you can do, they never bother to add staff

    Learned a lot
The good thingsmy direct superior is a really smart and ambitious person. have learned a lot from her. exposed to a lot of things as she has travelled around the world and worked for many organisations. always open to try out new projects and often guide you. shares knowledge all the time and always wanting personal and professional growth for employees.
The challengesDirect superior has a problem with letting go/delegating. it is understandable because she is a perfectionist therefore to delegate would mean to allow the work to become below par of her expectations and capabilities. that being said, she also micromanages. which is fine because of her very high position but she should not expect subordinates to do the same when we do not have the same power.

The good things1. I enjoyed the job because i am doing what i am good at 2. Freedom to eat and drink at any given time during working hours 3. Comfortable office 4. Easy access to public transportation 5. New challenges everyday which enable me to learn new things
The challenges1. Human relations between employees needs improvements 2. Medical benefits needs to be looked into again 3. Company should have an annual dinner to celebrate the employees and awards should be given to those who excels 4. Bonus should be given to everyone because sometimes some people doesn't get it due to only one mistake which is not fair as he or she has been working hard the whole y

    job review
The good thingsFriendly working environment with support and care and a chance to be involved in society.
The challengesThe procedure is laden with red tape and the bureaucracy is seamless. A simple mundane task can take days to complete due to the various forms and approvals it requires, some of which are not practical at all.

    Best Environment ever!
The good thingsI have enjoyed working with my collegue throughout my employment for 2.5 years and til today i have been still in touch with them! HR in Bar Council has the most systematic and best training provided in order for us to feel comfortable and at the same time we are aware and clear about HR policy of what to do and what not to do in order to be successful in the organisation. It was truly amazing!
The challengesNew laws came into force such as PDPA, POTA and etc which we have to pick it up with immediate effect and there are not much time for us to digest before applying the new law. Time is an essence to our work to learn and pick things up, otherwise, it would be difficult to our work.
