    The good thingsThe working environment is excellent, with friendly and supportive colleagues and Head of Department, depending on which department you are in.
    The challengesThe challenges include very low pay and the responsibility of managing 5-6 portfolios. Additionally, tasks are assigned based on perceived capability without considering the workload, and there are no career advancement opportunities and benefits.

    The good things- training provided with experience superior. - good environment and family oriented company - good leave benefit
    The challenges- medical and travelling claim is low compared to other company. they are using same rate even goods price strike up - management communication is poor especially in handling problem. - office politics is everywhere - doing same thing and no career progress. No promotion - Overload of work. 1 person handle 2 3 job scope. if they know you can do, they never bother to add staff
