    Poor management style
The good thingsGood peers and team members helping around.
The challengesTasks were totally different from job description. Manager requires you to do extra tasks which is out of scope and never appreciate. No promotion even you have worked hard because manager only choose his favourable person. Salary can’t compensate the heavy workloads and long working hours.

    REGRETTED JOINING INTERNALVERY BAD
The good thingsSALARY is good but increment and bonus very difficulty to get Company will try their best to not give
The challengesno point setting up KPI because when it comes to review its not as per KPI and they will find the smallest reason to not give full bonus . Its all about cutting cost here. Expect you work 24 hours and turn a deaf ear when you raised up to TL . Higher management shd regularly check if employee actually happy with TL .

The challengesTurn over rate very high . Leaders poor management skills . Micro manage . Over loaded , they dont realy listen when you express concerns on workload. Interview promises different things only when join being offered different set of bonus , work timing ,working days . Not transparent enough

A good company with a lot of room for improvement
The good thingsIt is a good company where I got to learn many aspects and be involved in projects. Awkward social environment to be honest - but good people there. Career development-wise, it's okay but not great.
The challengesThe downside is that there were too much work placed on employees - sometimes unfair distribution of work amongst team members. Management kept asking for feedback and it was highlighted to managers; they heard but didn't listen. Had to burn midnight oil to complete tasks within deadline and most of us worked up to 14-16 hours a day and sometimes on weekends too. Salary is on low side with the amount of work given.

Technical expertise on disease, insect, and weed control.
The good thingsMany opportunities to learn and experience new things as the supervisors are quite willing to allow you to explore different crops or new areas freely, as long as the priority work have been done first.
The challengesMany ad hoc work, middle management team is too big relative to field level staff. Sometimes middle management goals are not aligned and you will feel directionless. Company does not have enough budget at the moment to more full time employees except for critical roles.

    Great Experience and Peaceful Environment!
The good thingsOne of the reason why i love this company is the peaceful environment that they provide for the employees. The surroundings are superbs and all my coleagues are very supportive and kindhearted to help me explore many things in here.
The challengesCommunication sometimes went wrong between department which can cause big impact in management and process flow, thus this issue need to be solved professionally to avoid any miscommunication and failure in future.

    Disappointing to work here
The good thingsGood people who wants to contribute.
The challengesTop down culture, all beaten to submission and obedience. Definitely not a place to grow or develop. Leaders need to say what the management tell you to say.

The challengesBig company across region. Many bosses to report. A lot of beuracracy. But, they try to simpliy the process i think

Manager Need to Engage Employees More Often
The good thingsWork from home alternative during the pandemic period.
The challengesManagers are absent most of the time in terms of interacting with employees. Workload can be too heavy sometimes, as headcount of personnel in our team is no where near enough to tackle each issue effectively. No parking availability for employees who travel via personal vehicle. During work from home period, miscommunication between employees and stakeholders as well as among employees are unavoidable.

Wonderful MNC that offers the opportunity to grow and prosper.
The good thingsGreat perks and benefits esp the bonus! And a considerate and approachable management team. Everyone carries their own weight, no deadwoods are tolerated!
The challengesOrganisational structure in BASF is very lean. Sometimes there's only 1 or 2 person i a dept or unit. So you workload is quite tough and you are responsible for your own achievements. Even though I am a manager I do not have a subordinate and I have to do everything on my own even the groundwork and nitty gritty stuff.

    Best place for my career
The good thingsi have experienced respect, support, caring and encouragement within the organization. The focus on automation and competence building is motivating too.
The challengesSome need to be more agile and ready for a change. It will be good to have less meetings too as they are very time consuming and distracting us from focusing our work.
