    REGRETTED JOINING INTERNALVERY BAD
The good thingsSALARY is good but increment and bonus very difficulty to get Company will try their best to not give
The challengesno point setting up KPI because when it comes to review its not as per KPI and they will find the smallest reason to not give full bonus . Its all about cutting cost here. Expect you work 24 hours and turn a deaf ear when you raised up to TL . Higher management shd regularly check if employee actually happy with TL .

Manager Need to Engage Employees More Often
The good thingsWork from home alternative during the pandemic period.
The challengesManagers are absent most of the time in terms of interacting with employees. Workload can be too heavy sometimes, as headcount of personnel in our team is no where near enough to tackle each issue effectively. No parking availability for employees who travel via personal vehicle. During work from home period, miscommunication between employees and stakeholders as well as among employees are unavoidable.
