The good thingsMy superior will listen to my opinion or suggestion and empower me to make certain level of decision. I enjoy wok-life balance in this company. My superior is very understanding. My colleagues are very helpful and responsible. Overall the environment is very good especially for working mother like me.

The challengesMy superior is based in Singapore HQ most of the time. Hence i will communicate with her via phone or email. At times there are certain things that is best if i can meet face to face to discuss & resolve.
