Bhd.On 21 August 1995, BCB was converted into a public company and assumed its present name of BCB Berhad. BCB was subsequently listed in the main board of Bursa Malaysia on 3 December 1996.BCB’s roots are in Kluang, Johor. BCB is the largest property developer in Batu Pahat and Kluang towns – the second and third largest towns in Johor state. The Company’s development projects are spread over several towns in Johor namely Kluang, Batu Pahat, Parit Raja, Pontian, Yong Peng and Johor Bahru.
